Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your item/s and work hard to ensure that you are. In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30-day return policy on dry goods.

If you contact us during this time then we can offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item/s are returned to us unused and in their original condition. Please get in touch prior to returning any items using our email: sales@valleyreef.com.au.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service as we will not be liable if we do not receive the returned item/s.

Refunds/Exchanges

Once we have received and inspected the returned item/s we will notify you by email with details of our actions

As long as the item/s are unused and in their original condition, based on your preference, we will either...

Issue a refund to your original method of payment

OR

Arrange shipment of the requested exchange item/s

If you request an exchange and the item you wish to exchange for is not available then we will contact you and try and work out the best course of action

If we notify you that we have made a refund please allow adequate time for the payment to transfer

If you believe that a refund has not been received then please contact us


Livestock

As we only currently offer livestock via local delivery we have a no returns policy on these items. We will make sure that all livestock is delivered directly to customers at a pre-arranged date/time.
