Shipping policy

Dry goods shipping is based around size/weight and order value. All orders over $250 receive free shipping unless your item/s are heavy/bulky.

If we are able to provide a shipping estimate during checkout we will however for heavy or bulky items we may need to confirm shipping costs once the order has been made. 

Available options will be present at checkout. If no options are available please get in touch via email: sales@valleyreef.com.au.

Express Shipping may be available at extra cost again depending on product type.

We will always try to keep shipping costs to a minimum but if additional shipping costs are required and you are not happy with the amount a full refund will be issued straight away!

Livestock shipping - currently only available via Local Delivery.

Options will be present on checkout if this is available to you based on location and order value - see below. We will get in touch once the order has been made to work out a suitable day/time. Currently this can be organised for most days during the week depending on the times - we will try our best to accommodate you :)

Local Delivery Costs

$100 Minimum Order / Up to 50.0km = $20

$200 Minimum Order / 50.0km to 80km = $30

$300 Minimum Order / 80.0km to 100km = $40
